My name is Christerpher F. Coleman, founder of The Business Intelligence Group (B.I.G.). I serve as a business advisor and problem-solver, the first stop entrepreneurs, hustlers, and business leaders turn to when they need clarity on their biggest challenges. As a business generalist, I connect the dots across strategy, operations, finance, and leadership. I help clients define the problem, build project-based solutions, and chart the right path forward. When specialized expertise is needed, I draw from my trusted network of proven professionals to ensure business leaders get the exact support they need. With over 16 years of U.S. Army leadership and a decade in Fortune 500 operations management, I’ve led initiatives that increased revenue, reduced costs, and built high-performing teams. Today, I bring that same level of discipline and execution to entrepreneurs and executives, helping them make smarter decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and move forward with confidence.
